Rental Terms & Policies

Rates:
Rental rates are quoted for one day or weekend. Rates for longer periods quoted upon request. Rates are subject to change at anytime without notice.
Deposit/Payment:
A 50% deposit is required in order to make a reservation. The balance is due upon install/delivery. Orders canceled within 3 weeks of the event will forfeit your deposit.
Delivery/Pickup:
Delivery/pick-up is made to the ground floor, backyard or tent only and within a reasonable distance from our truck. An additional charge will be added for upstairs, downstairs, elevator, and after hours deliversies. All deliverires must be made to a secure area and equipment must be kept sheltered to protect items from the eliements and or theft. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked. After the event, items must be stacked and ready for pick-up at the same place delivered. If not, an additional charge will be added for breakdown of items.
A delivery surcharge of $45 will be added to orders over 45 miles from our warehouse.
Cleaning:
All china, flateware, and service pieces are to be rinsed free fo food and returned to their proper container. Linens must be shaken free of debris and dry before repackaging. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged for grills returned unclean.
Breakage or loss:
A 10% damage waiver charge is added to all rentals, except tables, chairs, linens, and tents. Accidental breakage and damage is covered by this charge. Customer is responsible for payment of missing items at replacement cost. Always Reliable Party & Tent Rental, LLC is not responsible for any damage incurred when staking tents (i.e. striking underground sprinklers, hoses or wiring, etc)
Change to Orders:
Orders are prepared 3 days prior to delivery/pick-up date. Subtractions cannot be made after that date.
